Which format should you send? We accept the following graphic formats: eps (vectors only), jpg. gif, and CorelDraw files (.cdr). All graphic files should be sent to us at E-MAIL ART WORK TO
e-mail attachments... CORELDRAW The vast majority of our signs are created in CorelDraw. Because it is a vector based program, the images can be scaled without loss of resolution. We support CorelDraw versions 5 through 9. If you are sending a .cdr file, be sure that all type is converted to curves. This will allow us to open your file even if we don't have the same fonts you do. If your drawing only contains font supplied by Corel, you don't have to be concerned with converting text to curves (we have all of Corel's fonts installed). EPS Most other vector based graphics programs will export as .eps files. These would include Adobe Illustrator, {up-to ver. 8 Photo Shop. Please be sure to convert all text to paths or curves before exporting. JPEG Best fromat to use when sending photographic images (portraits, etc.). All photo editing software can export to this format. GIF An excellent cross-platform document file created using Adobe Acrobat Distiller. Only experienced graphics professionals should use this format when sending us artwork. PDF Best format for web line-art images, but not recommendded for sign art.
